Someone else inadvertently tossed a baggage claim form for missing bags for a pax. She now needs that form to file a claim. This occurred on 016 stock where UA had first two flights and last two flights, where bag issue occurred, on non-UA metal. OAL, AD, will provide copy of baggage claim form only if pax provides old boarding passes. I reserve comment on the propriety of such a request.

Unfortunately, pax tossed boarding passes--why, incidentally, I tell my wife to keep everything! Does UA app store old boarding passes? Will UA provide them?
