And I got a response e-mail a few days ago thanking me for doing it. Not sure it will ever get back to the agent herself because the e-mail said it goes to the "management team".

I once wrote a letter to the President of Radio Shack (so ya know how long ago that was) praising an unbelievable salesperson on the floor - what he did for me was so above and beyond - I had never been in that store before, when I went back a year later he recognized my name and said he had been promoted to store manager because of what I had written.
