In total I waited 3 hours yesterday. Was never connected to a supervisor. I had to attend a prior commitment so I left my computer. When I came home I saw that I was disconnected when I was afk. I read in a diff thread that even Delta elite members who have high status have to hold a long time to speak to an agent. What is going on with Delta? I don't remember Delta being like this. ever! They are one of my favorite airlines! (I just don't fly enough to be a Delta elite)
I emailed China Airlines this morning and gave them all the relevant info. I hope they will be able to email me my PNRs.
