No, but if you have any personal UA card, the card is basically free.

You can use 6,666 miles to offset the annual fee through PYB. You get 5,000 miles each year just for having both cards. You also get 2 lounge passes.

As far as I figure the 2 passes more than offset the 1,666 miles you pay to keep the card
