Membership number/email address "not found"

I recently flew with Air France and using the app noticed my miles have not posted. When I attempt to claim the missing miles I get an error, and also noticed an error when loading my "last activity". This morning I decided to log in on the website, and to my surprise neither my FF# nor my email address are accepted, despite the fact that the FF# appears on the tickets. I've been trying to contact someone to get this resolved, but there doesn't appear to be any phone support at all, at least if I cannot log in to my account.

I'd actually just create a new account, but I'm concerned that if I do that I won't be able to claim the flights from before the account creation date. Does anyone have any suggestions on contacting someone to get this resolved?
