Grateful for some help. After much looking around online I can't find answer to this...

When travelling on a Jetstar flight (with JQ flight number) in Economy, do Oneworld Emeralds get lounge access? What about Sapphires? If yes, with how many guests? Is there a website you can point me to that unambiguously states the policy here?
