I think you may have seriously under estimated the impact your brothers injury will have on your trip, the Greek islands aren’t the most disabled friendly lots of cobbled old streets etc. Even sitting in aircraft is going to be painful for him let alone moving about. Have you got accommodation with a walk in shower as getting into a bath with a bad knee is beyond painful and unsafe.
Even getting in/out of cars, taxis, buses etc will be very difficult. With that kind of injury you need to rest and ice it for weeks before you can start to rehab it. If it’s a swimming pool holiday, has the pool got Roman steps as you won’t manage pool stairs. There’s so much to think about when you are mobility challenged even if it’s only temporary.
Don’t forget to inform your travel insurance about injury.
