My experience so far this year has been (various combinations of SNA, LAX, ORD, DCA and BOS):
- 25% full PDB
- 50% no PDB with no identifiable reason
- 25% no PDB with a somewhat credible reason (like late/missing catering)

Pretty disappointing.
