I don't know about this property, but I had a similar question for the Cardiff Marriott. In my case it is two adults and a 17 year old in a Family Room with two doubles for an upcoming stay. Website states the limit for children is age 16 at this property. I wrote to them and asked if it was okay for us to share a family room. They responded promptly granting my request and marking my reservation to honor the rate.

So, I suggest you email this property and ask including the ages of your kids. Unless your kids are young (<= 10), I suspect they may not want them to share the sofabed. In any case by asking them directly, you will know for sure. Making the query via email rather than calling will also give you documentation of the response should you need it at check-in.

THE FT Marriott Bonvoy Lurker or Marriott Bonvoy Lurker II can provide the email addresses for properties if you need them. DM them or post a query asking for it. Please let us know how you make out. Good luck!
