Seattle CL. Sat, 6/24 around 5pm. One person at the desk. Line snaking all around the small queue area upstairs. You have to take the elevator up and manager had to stop people from getting in elevator. A mess and mix of families, people in wheelchairs. Each check in process felt like 5 min a piece. I had everything ready and still took 2 min for some reason. The family checkins were worse cause they had to charge for the kids etc.

Seriously the check in process is not efficient at all. The lounge itself was 75 percent capacity. But over all impressed with Seattle. Big and spacious.
