Edited to add: the same agent came back to tell me this is a Delta itinerary and not a China Airline itinerary. I have asked to be connected to a supervisor.
good luck. That is sadly typical. Many Delta res agents likely could never in their lives. qualify for a job at Wendy’s. Or to be more fair, they are clearly given zero training and just put out there.
