Flying SFO-KOA and the middle four in rows 24-26 are not marketed/priced as Econ+ seats (just Preferred), but they they have "Extra legroom." Is that legit? The 3 across seats by the window in rows 24-26 are sold E+, so that seems possible, but why would UA not charge it accordingly?
