Hello! I used Delta miles to book an award on China Airlines. Using the confirmation and ticket number from DL, I cannot pull up my flight fromCI's site. The receipt from DL says code "ARPT" which should mean CI has received said booking from DL. I tried to reach out to Delta via Twitter, they referred me to use their chat bot on their site. There is a 45 min wait until an agent will get with me. Is there any quicker/easier way I can find out what the CI confirmation code is?

Edited to add: after 30 min, the chat bot says it will be another 45 min before an agent will be connected. LOL
DL refuses to disclose the other airline PNR on your itinerary or tickets, unlike any other airline out there (every other airline I know of always provides this absolutely critical information to you upfront). Yes, you have to contact DL for it. Most DL res agents are so incompetent that they won't know how to find it, though it's staring them right in the face. Be lucky if you get it in an hour or two just with the first chat. You may need to try a few times until you get through to someone who knows how to read back to you the info they see on their screen (yes, that is how bad things are at Delta). Or you have to walk the res agents through where to find that info step by step.
