Agree that's just gross seeing someone's bare feet on seats that many people use. There are lots of fungal infections that colonise on people's feet and once you have one of those infections they are very hard to get rid of.
How is it any different to people putting their shoes on foot rest? Feet will generally be cleaner than any shoe.
