I sign up for everything that comes along but I don't audit my SM's account to see what posts and what doesn't. Not worth it to me to send angry e-mails or letters to DL or whoever trying to follow-up. I have too many other things occupying my time to chase every last bonus mile.
If they post, they post. If they don't then that's probably OK too as most are freebies.
I do, however, religiously follow-up to make sure my paid flight miles post.
