The downgrading of WestJet continues.
At the risk of sounding like I'm spouting hyperbole, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - at WestJet that is better than it was in 2019. Instead, most things that customers care about - the Premium product, the Business product, Y class buy-on-board food, customer service on the ground - have gotten noticeably worse. Intentionally.
WestJet's direction is concerning, to say the least.
