I rented a car at the Edinburgh City Centre location in Scotland, and dropped it off at the National location at Bristol Airport. It is serviced by Enterprise, but booked on National's website. I picked it up on June 6th at 10AM and dropped it off at 2PM on June 17th. My Emerald Club number is attached, but I didn't get any rental credits when I was expecting at least 2. Does it say anything in your rental agreement about points? I googled it and saw that they participate. Best to call in.
