If you mean “transferring” one ticket to your wife’s account so she pays, as mentioned in post 2, that’s simply not possible so you are wasting your time.
if you mean that there is still avios availability so you’d like your wife to purchase it with her avios then split the existing booking and cancel one and you hope for them to waive the cancellation fee, they won’t, so you’re probably wasting your time still.
frankly, you’re best leaving that one behind you and thinking forward instead. You could have a household account or your wife can simply take care of the next avios booking.
