How does the garanteed upgrade work? I reserved a Full Sized car, does that mean I am guaranteed an intermediate SUV?
The reservation is for pick up in YYZ T1 picking up around 5:30pm if that matters.
If its the airport, your "guaranteed upgrade" is picking up a car on the aisle which will be FCAR or above, but you pay ICAR - that's the upgrade. In other words, you are paying for a Toyota Corrolla and EHI is promising you will get at least a Toyota Camry, but you may be getting a Toyota RAV off the aisle (but no promises)
