I have tried calling customer service multiple times to get an answer to this, but they don't seem to know up from down.

How does the garanteed upgrade work? I reserved a Full Sized car, does that mean I am guaranteed an intermediate SUV?

The reservation is for pick up in YYZ T1 picking up around 5:30pm if that matters.
