Just finished a two-night stay.

Hotel is located right in front of the exchange place PATH exit, which was super convenient. Has an elevator too if you had luggage with you like we did.

Check-in desk is on the 13th (terrace) floor. We checked in just after noon after a long drive in from Mystic, CT. FD agent offered early check-in for $50 if our room was ready, which I accepted.
Our room was in fact ready. We had booked the lp suite pts upgrade rate at $105+6k pts and into the 1 bedroom king suite. We were on the 12th floor. Annoyingly, no water bottles in the room and none were offered upon check-in. Not sure if that's a HH thing as it was our first stay at a HH. FD agent explained breakfast and restaurant hours. Housekeeping was said to be upon request only, again not sure if this is an HH thing or cost-cutting, but housekeeping knocked the following morning despite no request from us.

Room was comfortable, but I feel like there was a lot of wasted area near the kitchen. Large floor to ceiling windows were nice, but no real view to speak of due to the adjacent building. Looking at how the hotel is situated, no room have direct views of Manhattan.
Couch was lumpy and had tears in the seams. TV quality was bad, and one of the power supplies to the tv cast system was missing so we had to move it between the two tvs depending on which room we were occupying.

However, having a sink, microwave and full size fridge proved useful for our needs as we were traveling with a baby. Btw, we had reservations at Razza, which another FT'er recommended in this thread or the HR thread, and it was incredible. I highly recommend their margherita and mushroom pizzas. Their spritzes were also delicious. Leftovers heated up well in the microwave. We also visited semicolon cafe, which was two blocks away. They have excellent breakfast sandwiches at a decent price. CVS is also conveniently located so you can load up on water. We tried the buffet breakfast at the hotel and it was just sad. Crappy eggs and turkey (?) sausage patties that were cooked until dry. This trip was my first experience with HH and HP breakfasts and I'd rather starve and save the calories for lunch.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the relative quietness of the area vs. the hustle and bustle of the city. The park/overlook nearby was relaxing when just watching the boats go by and enjoying the skyline.

2pm checkout was honored when I called to request. No issues with the (bug) price upon checkout. Finally, here are some images:
