I rented a car at the Edinburgh City Centre location in Scotland, and dropped it off at the National location at Bristol Airport. It is serviced by Enterprise, but booked on National's website. I picked it up on June 6th at 10AM and dropped it off at 2PM on June 17th. My Emerald Club number is attached, but I didn't get any rental credits when I was expecting at least 2. I didn't receive my receipt from drop off until today (June 26th, after I had requested it). My rental had completely disappeared online after June 17th. Thanks!
