Be prepared if you're flying anywhere near/to/from/through the east coast today. It's going to be another awful day of delays, cancellations, ground stops, ground holds, etc. Keep your patience as UA employees are just as frustrated as you are. Do not take it out on them and they'll generally treat you with respect and do what they can to get you to your destination.
