I have a flight booked from JNB/Cai with a tour group all with the same Egypt Air reference number.
I cannot log in to the Egypt Air website- "unable to retrieve a group booking- contact Egypt Air offices".
I've been trying to call Cairo and the local Johannseburg from this morning -no reply.
Is it possible for me to do an online check in and bid for an upgrade if I am on a travel agency group reference or am I wasting my time?
