Yup, it’s totally fine. It’s probably the closest, since you can take Sunset Rd to the airport tunnel and then on to either 1 or 3. Alternatively, if it’s 3, you can just take Eastern to Russell.
In terms of the immediate area, there’s only a Taco Bell and a 7-11. And then there’s some…strange people that are in the vicinity.
I had the brilliant idea to use LAS as destination for a trip next November... not knowing the dates were the same for the LV grand prix, or whatever is called. Hotel prices are over the roof (being Las Vegas), so me and husband decided to go to somewhere else. Of course, unless AA changes enough flight times or cancel something, I'm stuck with LAS as arrival city, so the plan is just use points to overnight there (we arrive at 10pm) using a hotel with shuttle service, and leave the morning after.
