EWR is a disaster. In complete operational meltdown. Customer service line for the counter in the C90s goes back to security.
I walked past that line after I rebooked EWR to DTW for today. I cant imagine standing in that line. Heard that there was only one customer service agent working.
Glad that I rebooked when I did as my original flight was canceled.
