Just as a vent, but I wish they wouldn't say "a Medallion specialist will be with you shortly" when the expected (remaining) wait time is over some threshold (I'd say 15 minutes). That's just an insult to everybody's intelligence.
Edit: It's down to "only" 57 minutes. Geez.
