The Home2Suites LV City Center (across from the Hampton Inn Tropicana) had one in February, though I also took the expensive taxi from the airport because they removed the listed amenity from their website in December. I assumed they removed the benefit, but the front desk told me they stopped the shuttle for a while because of nearby road construction, but resumed in January and never re-updated the website. I'd contact them and ask if they still offer a complimentary shuttle.
