I had some orphaned EY points, just under 2K points. They were scheduled to expire this month, and I didn't feel like transferring more to keep the balance alive. I checked if there were any cash-like redemptions and found a prepaid VISA card as the only option.

To get this "Reward Card" one must install a Mobile App by using the thread title as key words. The app reviews were awful, and it hardly ever works. I disabled my mobile ad filters, and surprisingly it eventually generated a prepaid visa card that's good for 2 days (and could be extended). The exchange ratio was $12 USD for my entire balance just under 2K EY points. It was better than expired balance.
The Reward Card could be spent on PayPal (I didn't try any other platforms).
