I also don't like it, it's a shame to Dutch heritage. A cheese sandwich in The Netherlands has to have a decent quantity of cheese on it, not half a slice on a whole slice of bread with some undefinable paste.

The cook and the writer clearly have no idea what they are writing about. Beemster is just another ordinary gouda cheese, produced in a normal factory like many other in The Netherlands.
