I'll be there for a few weeks in July, so I can report back on what the noise is like. I've been told the work is only going on during the day. Presumably, you will be out and about during the day. When you're back in your room at the end of the day, there shouldn't be any active work going on. You will be down the very far end of the Painter Wing, and that is likely the wing most affected.

The Marquis de Lorne is my regular suite when it's just my wife and I travelling, and you'll love it. Below is a photo I took from last summer, from the Two Bedroom Lakeview Suite 859, looking across toward the Marquis de Lorne Suite. I've circled your windows in Yellow and circled the construction area in Red.

And here's a photo I took this past winter, showing a different perspective of the construction area, again, with the construction in Red and your suite in Yellow.

I wouldn't change rooms. It's a really nice suite. You'll certainly see the construction site, but you have to look down from your room to see it. You'll still have great expansive views over the lake and mountains.
