Booking using avios and no availabilty
Trying to book a one way coach using Avios from CBR to ADL in Australia, both AA and Alaska can see the redemption ticket, but BA cannot. Qantas site also shows classic rewards availability.
What am I doing wrong here?

I called BA executive club line and Qatar Avios line, they both claim don't see the redemption as well.
