If AS is marketing the AA operated flight, it will earn according to the Alaska Chart. 100% EQM, minimum 500 miles on all economy fare classes, except Saver X. No COS for Y, H, B or K fares on AA flights.

When searching, the AA prime flight shows in the results. You will see the AS codeshare when adding it to the cart. The AA operated flight will post to your activity as an Alaska Airlines flight but it will not count towards the AS metal segment requirement to attain status.
