Due to boarding a little later than the rest of First Class, I went up to the galley and asked for a PDB (of simply water). Hot towels were also offered on the ground prior to pushback, which I was pleasantly surprised to see.



Once in the air, a bar service was delivered from the trolley, although there were no nuts.



Dinner trays were served from the trolley - my pre-ordered main course wasn't acknowledged (I think it may have gone to the seat behind me), but luckily my choice was available. Tonight it was a choice of beef with mac and cheese, or a cold salad (with no menus, I can't remember the exact descriptions). The beef was surprisingly good. The less said about the hilariously poor side salad and nondescript dessert the better, although at least I had a whole packet of ranch dressing to do nothing with.



Further drinks were not proactively offered, so I requested a coffee to complete dinner. This came with sugar despite requesting no sugar.
