I still dont understand how scammers are able to get 16 digit card number, expiration date and CVV (minimum information they would need to use the card) off the card without opening the packaging and it is not that obvious to the buyer. unless they have a device that reads the information inside without opening a packaging, then it is feast time for them.
how can they damage the magnetic strip and remove some numbers from the front of the card without opening the packet?
