I generally don't reveal private info on the Internet, but I have a Massachusetts number and I don't live there anymore. I'm not going to change my number to the area that I'm living n just because it's not necessary. The area code doesn't necessarily reveal a lot about the individual.

I called her, and she reinstated me for free so I could get back home (I paid immediately afterward). She can switch me to any plan on offer (these are all nationwide, tmk). The new plans seem to kick in on the first day of the next month (previously, it was based on my billing cycle, which was day 15).
I thought you were going to call Unicom and report back.
