Again, I can only speak for Unicom customer service, but I rate it as 5 stars. My calls always seem to be routed to the same lady (assuming she is on duty), and she typically picks up within one minute. I think I mentioned up thread that my balance was delinquent when I arrived in PVG after my long US stay, and Wifi wasn't working, so I couldn't just use AP to top up. I called her, and she reinstated me for free so I could get back home (I paid immediately afterward). She can switch me to any plan on offer (these are all nationwide, tmk). The new plans seem to kick in on the first day of the next month (previously, it was based on my billing cycle, which was day 15).
