Hi folks

Hope your dining experiences are as good as they can be.

If you're looking for good eats at un-resort prices in NE PR, head to las Croabas in Fajardo. Its past the Conquistador resort up towards the Seven Seas beach (in my opinion, MUCH better- though a bit rockier and smaller than Luquillo beach). Chances are, if the restaurant looks decent, the seafood will be much better and you won't pay what you pay at the resorts. It helps to try your Spanish, too. Service will be a bit better and you may even make friends while you dine.

I remember a nice place right on the water called El Galeón. Unfortunately, last time I went it closed due to bad revenues. Las Croabas is a fishing zone so you can almost be assured of good local catches on a day to day basis.

Hope this helps. ^
