I am trying to book a flight on JL w CX miles. Tsa-hnd-sfo one way.
The search engine online if I were to key in tsa as origin and sfo as destination doesn't show availability while when searching each segment, they are available. When I call, some agents can book it by segment, while others asks me to book them as separate tickets. Those who can seem to go through a manual process to calculate mileage and taxes.
Does CX have married logic in force?
I'd search via BA and AA to confirm availability but sometimes agents claim no availability as well.
Can someone explain this?
