Menus were handed out on the ground. A bar service was served from the trolley shortly after takeoff.
Lunch trays were hand run from the galley with warm bread pre-placed on the tray (removed for photo purposes, as on Band 3+ trays there is never any proper room for it!) and further drinks offered. The smoked chicken pappardelle was pretty decent.
Hot drinks were then served from the trolley, with further offers of drinks on an ad-hoc basis later in the flight. There was no sign of a snack basket, although perhaps this is only for Band 5 routes.

Menus were handed out after takeoff.
Breakfast trays and drinks were served from the trolley, with warm pastries offered from a basket. As this was a night stopping service, laughably small trays were used and the crew consequently asked each passenger whether they wanted fruit and yogurt, which were placed on each tray by the crew before delivery. Serviette cutlery rolls were handed to each passenger. The crew were proactive with further offers of pastries, extra yogurts etc., and with ad-hoc drinks. The oddly-named 'full British' was perfectly fine if unexciting, and more substantial than it looked. On night stopping services, there is no cold main course option.
Bottles of water were handed out from a basket once the breakfast service had been cleared away, and a full bar service from the trolley was offered 45 minutes before landing. My hot chocolate with Baileys came with biscuits and a chocolate.
