With TK M&S there are 2 types of awards. Promotional awards for a low miles amount but with limited availability (also because they are available to book for partners). For US flights almost always gone/sold out. US-Europe is priced at 45,000 miles; I don't know about US-India; presumably slightly more.

Then there are normal business award priced much higher as you have discovered but can be booked until very last seat on the flight are sold.

So you are looking at s normal/standard business award, i.e. there is no promotional award availability.
