I have oneworld emerald status, (Cathay Pacific) so I now we can use the BA First class check in counters but will I be able to take both passengers into the BA lounge, as one world emerald status only allows one guest? If not, is there anyway I can pay for one extra guest.
unfortunately it’s one guest only. You can ask but the galleries first is often quite busy so they may well say no. There isn’t a way to directly pay for access I am afraid.
