Mice infestation contained to LHR Terminal 5?
I must confess, a part of me feels like writing this in hopes of shaming BA into acting.
I was at the lovely LHR T4 QR Premium Lounge on Friday, where no mice were in sight. Two weeks ago at the Concorde Room I saw a couple of mice scurrying around without members of staff even batting an eyelid. In fact, a mouse was observed scurrying around under the table by the couches on the terrace. When approached, members of staff insist the mice infestation is a Heathrow problem.
Is it only LHR T5 that faces a rodent problem, or is this simply a case of BA not caring? I find this laissez-faire approach rather curious. It is after all your most premium lounge in your home base. One should think sanitation is basic.
