Feb 14th, you can do AI from YVR in Y, J or First!.. March 11th or 12, you have the same options. Coming back, there are some Y options, but nothing good in J right now... all 200k plus.

How does Air India compare to EVA? Any chance of getting an EVA flight in Y?
Read a blog by Prince of Travel who claims that Eva releases award J seats consistently t - 5 days before departure, do you know if this is true?
Did some searches for flights currently living in t-5 days from today, I don't see any J seats or Y seats on EVA from YVR to NRT or HND direct or with a stop in TPE. Am I missing something?
my goal would be to book y seats in Eva and then flip them to J closer to t minus 5 if they are available. Or travel in Y on Eva.
