Yes, they are there but don't expect them to be able to be that helpful especially if you are calling about unfamilar territory.

I was visiting San Jose, Ca and I called to make sure that a place that i had visited earlier in the year was still on the list. The agent asked me for the spelling and I was not quite sure; I gave her my best guess. She said it was not on the list. I took her on her word. Later, while searching, I saw it listed. I called back and tried again just to see what they would say. I played dumb this time and the agent told me that they had over 50 places to eat in the San Jose area and he did not really expect me to check them all.

I went on to say that it was Italian and there were not 50 Italian places so I did expect him to give it a try. After about 10 minutes of complaining that I did not know the extact name or the exact area, he finally found it.

I have been using thier service since they started with American and it is less than stellar.

I do call regularly to make sure the place I am about to go to is still on the list, and I advise everyone else to do the same thing since many places on thier list are short lived. However, don't expect them to find what you are looking for over the phone; be prepared to do your own research online.
