Unfortunately this seems to be this case.

And just 24 hours ago, I got stung by the same issue but on a JL fare from HND to SGN... it was another biz fare deeply discounted, and now I need to change the dates. No luck. Non refundable, non-changeable. Must be a Japan thing :\
