An interesting DP from Reddit but a user said they went to apply for a new Sapphire card in-branch at 48 months after they got his last Sapphire bonus - was told in-branch his application couldn't be submitted and it takes the system 2 months to update once those 48 months had passed. They called Chase as well who confirmed it usually takes 1-2 statements from the 48 month date.
