Missing Best Buy Points

I find Amazon very reliable for posting points. My repeated attempts to get my points for a laptop purchased last December from Best Buy have been fruitless. I have stopped giving them my business. I had a printer which I returned. So frustrating. This is real money and shouldn’t be handled so sloppily.
