Menus were handed out on the ground.
Service commenced with a bar service from the trolley.
Dinner trays were served from the trolley, with warm bread from a basket and further drinks. The chicken tikka masala was really very good. The perennial problem of only having one knife in the Club Europe serviette rolls is getting very annoying; I don't want to use the same knife for the starter, butter, main course and cheese!
Hot drinks were hand run from the galley.
