I'd like to ask those, who flew internationally in economy recently (since the menus were recently changed) if crews are once again asking the "coffee or tea?" question after the main meal service. This used to be standard pre-covid and I say again: in economy! So it strucks me as even more odd, that the FAs in business class won't proactively ask passengers for their choice of wine, or later on coffee or other drinks.
I've written again "ask and you shall receive" and it's still true, but I know understand what some of you meant regarding the "feeling" you get from some crew members. I certainly selected "more interaction" with regards to "where could we improve?" on the feedback questionnaire sent after the flight.
